For the Rheika Delta Warenhandelsgesellschaft mbH at the Melsungen site, we are looking for a specialist consultant (m/w/d) Bake Off.

Employee introduction: You are working on new employees in the Bake Off department. Concept: You design the appearance of the bakery equipment. Process control: The monitoring of pricing, ordering, complaint processing, copying and inventory results is part of your daily work. Promotion: You plan advertising, promotions, and store activities. Process optimisation: Current requirements, service instructions and assortment concepts can be implemented from a business perspective. Quality assurance: Regular monitoring of the freshness and minimum durability as well as strict compliance with the QM guidelines and the statutory provisions according to HACCP are also part of your area of responsibility.

Training: You have a successfully completed vocational training as a merchant/wife in the retail trade, ideally a training course for the retailer. Experiences: You already have experience in food retailing as well as in the management of personnel and can indicate economic factors and key figures. Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge in the SB bakery and in customer consulting you could already collect. Personality: You are characterized by a high customer and sales orientation and pursue the objectives sovereign, organized and responsible. Teamability: You are a reliable team player with leadership experience, enforcement capability, and high level of responsibility and performance. Self-employment and reliability: An independent, targeted and solution-oriented method of operation is a matter of course for you. Communication strength: You convince by an open, communication-strong, helpful appearance. Driving permit: You have a valid driving permit to commute between our markets in the field service.
