Planning and implementation of individual measures for fire-protection in stock Processing and evaluation of structural fire protection measures in the context of renovation and reconstruction projects Coordination of measures such as fire bulkheads, fire protection doors and other fire protection-relevant components Implementation and monitoring of preventive fire protection in existing buildings Coordination with specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies Monitoring professional execution and ensuring fire protection requirements

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification Experience in preventive fire protection or in the fire-protection of existing buildings Knowledge of how to deal with building fire protection measures (e.g. fire bulkheads, fire protection doors, partition systems) Understanding construction processes in refurbishment and reconstruction projects Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing for secure coordination and documentation
