In order to strengthen our STADTBOTEN team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a communication and customer and service-oriented appointment for the internal and external services.

You are the first contact person for our customers (m/w/d), entrepreneurs and their drivers (m/w/d) and you are looking for a frictionless communication flow. You plan and coordinate our transport and logistics processes and thus actively contribute to our regional services. You receive incoming orders, check the order data for fullness and content and collect them in our own conciliation software. You control and manage customer orders and ensure high customer satisfaction. You coordinate and monitor the dates for the delivery and collection of goods to ensure timely processing.
