As a consultant for IT & Data Services (m/w/d), you work with the management of this area and act as a contact person for the management and leadership team. You coordinate cross-departmental projects and challenging topics. You will also coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and support communication between different disciplines.

Support of management in the organisation and development of the overall team Acquisition of overarching projects, technical management (without personnel responsibility) as well as design, evaluation and control of solution approaches to overarching fields of action of central IT with particular emphasis in IT operations independent coordination of special tasks such as decision-making and process/organisational development, as well as in information processing for management Designing cooperation with external partners and service providers as well as carrying out workshops and taking over tasks in the individual teams in representation of executives Advice and support of the management and employees of the organizational unit in the design of large IT projects, IT operation control and targeted use of service providers

completed Master's degree in Business Informatics or comparable degree course with IT focus Multiannual experience in IT project management, IT operation, IT-sourcing, service provider control, as well as at the interface between specialist and IT comprehensive knowledge of relevant process frameworks (especially IPMA, COBIT, ITIL) and IT project management desirable strong relationship management, high customer orientation, communication skills and empathy as well as cross-disciplinary understanding, design strength and loadability results-oriented and self-responsible operation, as well as openness for rapid changes and designability
