Building Manager (m/f/d)

As an employee in building management, you are responsible for the construction, customer-oriented support of the existing properties of the authorities of the state of NRW. You carry out tasks of building management when operating and managing buildings of administrative assets (e.g. buildings of financial management) You take over parts of the operator's responsibility for the properties you serve You are responsible for the retrieval of regular services from framework contracts, as well as service tenders according to VOB or UVgO for individual requirements and the processing of the entire process up to the accounting statement You control and check all TGM and IGM services taking into account cost, quality and time requirements You take on the technical advice of the object management for the preparation and execution of customer discussions, building visits and the annual economic plan as well as the definition of the required service level agreement for the properties You plan, coordinate and monitor the measures provided for in the economic plan for repairing at the property portfolio you provide You are responsible for the efficient and customer-oriented handling of measures that are reported via fault and complaint management

You have a completed university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) with the discipline Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Facility Management, Supply Technology, Building Technology/ Technical Building Equipment, Electrical Engineering or in a comparable discipline or You can have a successful conclusion to the state-tested (construction) technician/ to the state-tested (construction) technician or Completion as a master or master in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and have at least six years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering blanks (e.g. by certificates of work). Further requirements: Ideally, you can already present several years of professional experience in technical building management or in a comparable task Knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. VOB, DIN etc.) would be desirable You are an organizational institution and are also characterized by a pronounced sense of cost and service as well as good negotiation skills. Your safe handling of the application of Microsoft Office as well as relevant method and software knowledge complete your profile You bring the ability and willingness to lead a service car with You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
