Commercial specialist (m/f/d)

Our range of services includes all areas of sheet metal forming, from the transfer tool kit for the finest interior in aluminium vehicles, deep-drawing tools for stainless steel kitchen sinks to the takeover of complete press parts productions including storage and retrieval logistics. We are looking for your support as:

in parttime (approx. 20 hours / week)

Personnel administration: care of employees from employment to exit (the creation of contracts, certificates, certificates). Time management: maintenance and control of working-time accounts and absenteeism management (currence and illness). Compensation preparation: Preparatory pay and salary billing as well as work for accounting.

Completion of orders: self-creation of invoices and credits and audit of accounts. In this context, the Commission will be able to draw up a proposal for a Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to turnover taxes. Interface function: Close exchange with sales, purchasing and project management for the smooth handling of all orders.

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk, office clerk, personal clerk or comparable qualification). Multiannual professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in one or both of these areas. Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and common ERP systems. Self­employed, struc­tured and conscientious working methods and analytical thinking. Communication strength, team capacity, reliability and discretion (especially in the staff sector).
