Your tasks Support and advice of existing customers in the interior service Creation of offers Support for external services in customer support Processing of customer requests national/international via telephone, email and CRM system (MS Dynamics) Maintenance and updating of customer data Participation in marketing and sales activities (Planning trade fairs, events, events) Local customer visits, visits to trade fairs, events, events

Completed commercial training as a forwarding businessman/wife or comparable First experience in the sales service or in a similar position, ideally experience in customs Safe handling of MS Office and CRM systems Communication strength, team capacity and customer orientation Self-employed and structured work Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
