Development of pre-, design, approval and execution planning and development, reconstruction and conservation measures awarding, processing and technical support of engineering services to engineering offices in the performance phase 1-6 HOAI Vote with public authorities and official experts

Completed degree in the degree course of civil engineering or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Professional experience in the planning of infrastructure/road transport projects knowledge of planning-relevant regulations in road construction (RAA, etc.) in the procurement (VOB, HVA etc.) and planning law, road crossing law and application knowledge of HOAI Secure handling of MS Office and first experiences with CAD applications in the road design (e.g. iTWO civil, CARD/1 or VESTRA-CAD) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C1 by GeR/CEFR) Class B driving licence and the readiness to operate a service vehicle That would be desirable: Experience in the negotiations with agreement/contractual partners and with public authorities Experience in project management Experience in the handling of engineering contracts Knowledge of contract and budgetary law Ready to incorporate into new CAD programs, including iTWO civil Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Happy work in the team
