Manager (m/w/d) Software Development Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Software Development department and continuous employee development Responsibility for the employees of the department at the locations Dortmund and Braunschweig as well as quality assurance and optimisation in the area of responsibility Responsibility for the definition and implementation of the local department goals taking into account the Raith strategy Planning, control and prioritization of software projects and coordination with relevant interfaces Continuous process optimization as well as ensuring software tests, documentation and release management as well as cooperation in cross-departmental bodies Development of innovative and sustainable software solutions as part of the Roadmap Efficient communication and cross-site cooperation with stakeholders

Complete study of computer science, software engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing software development teams Expert knowledge of application development on MS Windows under .NET with C# and C++ Funded knowledge in project and process management, ideally with stage-gate experience Safe handling of git as version control system Deep understanding of modern software development methods, testing and release management Impressed communication and leadership skills as well as high social competence with regard to the role model function of the department knowledge of Python of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
