As an apprentice in the Rooms Division of the RHG Hotel Group, you are introducing a fresh and motivated perspective into our lively team. Your commitment to learning, your attention to details and your enthusiasm for creating unforgettable guest experiences make you an invaluable value while starting your journey to the exciting world of the hotel industry. Your main tasks: Make sure that everything goes round in the Rooms Division – from check-in to the perfect guest experience. Be there for our guests: answer questions, solve problems, always with a smile. Pack your own tasks – reliable and professional. Use trainings and workshops to push your skills. Work with all departments and learn how a hotel really works.

That's what you bring: Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not necessarily necessary. Flowing German and good English skills You have an eye for details and are a creative problem solver You are a “Macher” with real hands-on mentality Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks Reliability and joy at work in a challenging environment You are open to digital tools and quickly find yourself in new systems Clear and effective communication capability
