Own-sponsored control and implementation of projects of maintenance / refurbishment / refurbishment / refurbishment in our self-managed inventory of residential and commercial properties. Responsible project management and coordination of maintenance, rehabilitation, modernization and reconstruction projects Call for tender, award and negotiation with construction companies and external service providers Building ladder in the sense of the construction order Audit of accounts Ensuring punctual and faultless completion in the commissioned cost framework Contact person for the owner and his internal house management in all project-related questions Control and coordination of all external parties involved in construction (enterprises, planners, authorities, tenants, consultants etc.) Coordination, implementation and maintenance of regular construction and project meetings with stakeholders Monitoring of the construction phase, implementation of construction waste, settlement of defect/currency Ensuring compliance with current standards, regulations and requirements of building technology and energy efficiency Documentation and tracking of all project-related processes

a completed study of the field of civil engineering or architecture as well as experience in the construction management in Germany high commitment, flexibility and stress resistance multiannual relevant professional practice as project and construction manager in civil engineering reliable knowledge of VOB and HOAI performance phases of 1-9 Ability to observe costs, construction time and quality entrepreneurial thinking and action Enforcement and team capacity independent and structured operation Routine in MS Office applications advantage would be experience in a general company You have very good German skills (C1 –Level)
