As a speaker in the field of talent management, you are responsible for the design, development and implementation of training programs and personality assessments that support our employees in their professional and personal development. You work closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop and implement innovative learning solutions. Demand analysis: Determination of training and development needs in cooperation with executives and HR Business partners Conception & Development: Creation of training concepts, learning materials and digital learning content (e.g. e-learning, blended learning) Implementation: moderation and implementation of presence and online trainings as well as workshops and personality assessments Evaluation: Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training measures through feedback and key figures analysis Project work: cooperation or leadership of (strategic) talent management initiatives and cross-thematic projects Advice: Support for executives and employees in questions about individual development and career planning

Complete study in the field of personnel, psychology, pedagogy or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the design and implementation of training programs Knowledge of modern learning methods and digital learning platforms Embossed communication and moderation capabilities High self-initiative, organisational skills and joy in working with people Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
