This makes the job interesting for me: In the area of digitalization of the system management, we bundle skills with the aim of further accelerating the digital transformation of the transmission system operators and thus enabling the digitalization of the energy transition. As a project manager, I am the central contact person for this theme complex and represent the interface to the customers as well as to all stakeholders within and outside the company. I lead the project through the different process stages of the value chain (from idea to operation). I present the results of my project to the management in internal and external bodies. My tasks include: the technical and content management of my project team and their allocation of resources in coordination with the specialists, The responsibility for all the content of my project in terms of time, budget and quality, The strategic and targeted orientation of the content of my project, The stakeholder management and the representation of a central coordination and escalation entity; The representation of the project in all the necessary bodies of the company. I can carry out my work at the Berlin or Neuenhagen site, as well as an attractive home office solution. Together with the Central Project Office and in a hybrid project environment (classical and agile), I continue working on methods for the successful and efficient implementation of projects and products.
