Your Tasks • Development and implementation of innovative strategies in one field • Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to optimize processes • Analysis and assessment of market trends to identify new opportunities • Support for projects and active participation of new ideas • Ensuring quality and efficiency in daily work

What you should bring • Complete study of computer science or a comparable qualification • Knowledge of methods in the agile environment as well as accompanying experienced and inexperienced teams, ideally also in scaled teams • A certification as Scrum Master or in the SAFe context is desirable multiannual expertise • High team and communication skills, self-initiative, improvisation strength and an organizational talent • Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
