After successful integration, you will take over the following tasks as part of the trainee program: You create internal and external quality reporting within the framework of traffic contractual obligations (subsidiary and contractual penalties) You create evaluations and suggest improvements for the respective subsidiary They support on-site management for the further development of reporting in terms of efficiency and avoidance of contractual penalties You create quality and revenue forecasts as part of railway invitations You process tendering projects for transparent and appropriate forecasts of operational quality

They have completed their studies in the fields of business, economy, engineering, transport, or comparable qualifications You have a high number affinity, a safe handling of Excel and want to evolve towards automation (VBA, programming, building use of company-internal AI) They are characterized by resilience and very good communication skills, in particular in contact with the stakeholders of your projects They are reliable, team capable and bring accuracy You speak fluent German and have good English skills You have entrepreneurial interest and desire for an exciting entry into the mobility industry

Duration of the trainee program: 12 months.
