Complete system solutions of the highest quality for various types of utility vehicles such as transporters, trucks, buses or heavy transporters are manufactured at the Kassel plant. In addition, axles for off-road vehicles as well as articulated shafts are a diverse product range. You will work for six months in staff management at the Kassel plant, which is responsible for all personnel and labour policy issues. In our team we bundle the principles of personnel work in the functions of labor policy, time management, operational health promotion, ideas management, presence management, HR systems and personnel planning and control, as well as personnel development. As an intern, you will learn the challenges and complexity of staff management and personnel work and actively participate in the varied daily business and project-oriented concept work. .
