You shape a future-oriented learning culture and develop skills concepts for our employees in the Sales-& Logistik area and at the headquarters, e.g. on the topic of AI competence You develop standardized offers for our training collection and support in managing the seminar organization. You develop eTrainings, presence trainings and blended learning concepts and are responsible for the independent implementation via different learning media such as e.g. explaining videos, graphics and subscriber documents. You enter our company's health management and organize, for example, health days. You accompany operational and strategic (partial) projects in personnel development (e.g. digitization competence, employee retention, talent development).

You will bring a completed study in the field of economic psychology, human resources development, adult education or a comparable field of expertise and beyond professional experience in the field of human resources development that go beyond internships. Ideally, you have first experience in retail. You bring a high level of teamwork and creative thinking. You think processes strategically (further) and work critically constructively & solution-oriented with internal and external stakeholders. You have an affinity for digital learning media as well as digital collaboration and are safe to handle the MS Office products. Your work is characterised by careful and structured work, self-employment and a hand-on mentality. You have very good knowledge of German and master the English language in word and writing.
