For our transport and logistics team we are looking for an organizationally strong and responsible dispatcher (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). In this position, you are responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring our transports and ensure a smooth, timely delivery of our fresh goods. You act as a central interface between warehouses, drivers, forwarders and customers and contribute significantly to maintaining quality, time and cost targets. Disposition and control of goods flows in the daily business internally and nationally/internationally Plan and coordinate transport and tours, including capacity adjustment Date monitoring and provision of scheduled collection and delivery Continuous monitoring of transports and rapid response in case of deviations or disturbances Close coordination with warehouse, receipt of goods, exit of goods and shift managers Contribute to the optimization of processes around disposition, loading and transport OTHER ACTIVITIES Maintenance and updating of tours and schedules Communication with drivers, forwarders, suppliers and customers during operation Capture and maintain transport-relevant data in the MRP or ERP system Editing transport documents, shipping documents and feedback Tracking complaints, delivery deviations and quality reports

Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarder (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Sales Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Senior Account Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

First experience in fruit trading or food wholesale is a plus Very good knowledge of German, other languages of advantage Willingness to shift and weekend work Organizational talent, structured working and a good eye for priorities Loadability, fast decision-making and pragmatic action Safe handling of EDV, ideally MS Office and merchandise management Disposition systems
