Own-sponsored planning and execution of projects (or subprojects) with a focus on technological innovations as well as development components with consistent compliance with cost and time targets.

Control of team members to achieve project goals in a cooperative working environment without direct disciplinary responsibility.

Active safeguarding and monitoring of contractual and risk-based requirements in close coordination with relevant disciplines vis-à-vis external and internal stakeholders.

Conduct outcome-oriented negotiations with customers, partner companies and suppliers in coordination with the participating internal departments.

Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the project progress on the basis of relevant controlling reports and the creation of meaningful status reports.

Participation in the acquisition of new business areas through technical expertise and project-related consulting.

Sustainable support and development of contacts with existing customers to ensure long-term cooperation.

Complete technical studies (Master or Diploma) in engineering, computer science or a comparable discipline.

Founded professional experience in the technical management of interdisciplinary projects or teams.

Ideally a certification as a project manager according to IPMA Level C or GPM standard.

Preventive mastery of English in word and writing and desirable knowledge in Spanish or French.

Strong appearance and the ability to achieve constructive solutions in complex negotiation situations.
