Conception and technical design of supply systems (HLSK) using modern planning tools Development of scalable solutions and technical specifications – from idea to documented practical application Roll-out of the developed solutions into the operational project practice of our German and European planning, execution and service units Tracking new technological developments and identifying innovative solutions and investigating the corresponding cost-effectiveness Close cooperation with partner companies, suppliers and our internal central purchasing Active design of our technical roadmap for future-proof, competitive building solutions

Successfully completed studies of supply technology, TGA or comparable qualification Professional experience in the planning and/or processing of building equipment Safe knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines and experience in technical documentation Routinized handling of planning software and calculation tools (e.g. Autodesk Revit, LINEAR) as well as common MS Office applications Innovation spirit, team skills and solution-oriented thinking combined with a high degree of self-initiative Very good (C1 / C2) German and good (B2 / C1) English skills
