IT-Security- & Citrix-Spezialist (m/f/d)

IT Security – Your main field You are the central contact for IT security in the nesseler group. You develop the IT security framework and continue: Endpoint Protection, Network Security, Patch Management and Security Monitoring. You carry on the ongoing IT security assessment and implement the resulting measures in a structured manner – concrete projects waiting for implementation. You are responsible for the Incident Response in security-relevant events and coordinate the security expertise in the team (MDM, Network and Server remain as a domain response in other areas). You build proactive measures: Security Awareness, automatized monitoring, license and certificate alerting. Citrix / VDI infrastructure – your second field You will learn the Citrix stack of the nesseler group from scratch – over 12 months in structured learning with the main verdict. You take representation in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Hypervisor and the VDI environment for approx. 500 end users. You support complex VDI incidents and configurations and become the second operative force for this critical stack. You bring security and VDI together: VDI-Hardening, FSLogix Profile Security, Endpoint Protection in the virtual desktop and Citrix Access Lines.

What we require Completed IT training, studies (informatics, IT security, system administration, etc.) or comparable professional experience Multiannual professional experience in a relevant IT field Very good German (at least C1), English for technical documentation What we wish Knowledge of IT security: Endpoint Protection (EDR / XDR), Security Monitoring and Incident Response Experience with virtual desktop environments (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop or comparable) – You don't have to be a Citrix expert, but you know VDI and be ready to become an expert. Practice in at least one of the fields Network Security, Endpoint Management (MDM), Identity and Access Management, PKI / Certificates Structured, analytical approach: You know how to prioritize security measures and implement them as projects. Communication strength: You can translate security requests into a language that not only understands other IT professionals. That would be a plus Security Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft Security, etc.) Experience with Citrix products (NetScaler / ADC, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, XenServer / Citrix Hypervisor) Experience with the TrendAI Vision One Platform Knowledge of Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, GPO, Patch Management) Basic knowledge of HCL domain server administration – we operate a Notes / Domino environment and appreciate experience in this area. Expertise in automation tools (n8n, PowerShell, Python) – we are actively expanding our IT automation.
