Doncasters Precision Castings-Bochum GmbH manufactures approx. 600 employees Running and guide vanes for aircraft engines and stationary gas turbines in fine casting. The Bochum production casts both polycrystalline and directed or monocrystalline solidified components.

Effective first-level IT support and main IT contact partner Monitoring the support ticket system, proactive response and escalation to comply with service level commitments Precise and complete handling of tickets according to the agreed processes Active communication with users to keep informed about progress Cooperative cooperation with colleagues, customers:inside

Completed relevant qualification in the IT field or multi-year relevant professional experience ITIL Foundation Certification Benefit Experience in the IT service desk or IT support environment Knowledge of computer hardware and software Basic knowledge of mobile devices Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Online/On-Premise Impressed customer orientation with the ability to build trust and increase customer satisfaction Consciousness and application of security policies for incident and request processing Basic knowledge of current cyber security best practice Good knowledge of service desktop systems, ideally Service Desk Plus Experience in cooperation with third-party software and solutions Very good written and oral communication skills Embossed documentation capabilities Self-motivated, proactive operation with high detail accuracy
