Employee Dental Reimbursement (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processing of documents taking into account the legal framework conditions in the area of the fee regulations for dentists (GOZ). You shall verify the refundability of dental documents. The initiation of corrections in individual cases is also part of their tasks. You conduct formalized correspondence and take over tasks in the telephone customer consultation (2nd level). You support team leadership in improving workflows.

You ideally bring a completed vocational training in the area of dental billing or comparable qualifications in the relevant field. Alternatively, you have acquired the necessary know-how through practical experience and specific knowledge to successfully fulfill the tasks of this position. You ideally have expertise in the GOZ. You have very good PC skills. A careful operation and flexibility is of course for you. You are team-ready and have a pronounced communication behavior.
