· Implementation of a holistic and patient-oriented care · Executing medical care taking into account the individual circumstances/sickness and the Hygiene Directives · Documentation and evaluation of all nurses planned for the patient Measures and their effects in our electronic patient records · Advice and support as a trusted contact person for Patients and their relatives · Monitoring and implementation of the care process
