As an employee (m/w/d) in the administration and customer support of the Malteser Hilfsdienst, you support the home emergency call both in the strategic planning and within the operational daily business. Your diverse tasks range from administrative tasks and the design of operational planning to personal care of our customers and active use in the home emergency call. In addition to advising our products, you also take over the associated installation of the home emergency call devices and help our customers when You alert the home emergency call button. Management and design of the Malteser Hausnotruf deployment planning Self-fulfilment of home emergency calls at our clientele Instruction, installation and maintenance of emergency call devices Consulting and support for new and existing customers Documentation of inserts via tablet

Class B driving licence Representative social competence, team and communication skills Safe in dealing with elderly and needy people Experience in the organization and administration with good linguistic expressiveness A basic technical understanding is advantageous A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
