Your task area Ensuring the contractual and QMS-compliant settlement of all property management services Control of contract and financial management Responsibility for the budget and the failure of the services Professional and disciplinary leadership of commercial and technical property managers Responsibility for the qualification, incorporation and development of employees in the team Defining and controlling appropriate measures for proactive tenants

Closed commercial training, for example to/to the real estate businesswoman/seller or Continuing training for real estate specialists, technical training, e.g. to the plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology or Electronics for building and infrastructure systems or (special) university studies in the real estate sector Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties leadership experience or willingness to take the next step from the employee to the leadership Ideally SAP-RE/FX knowledge
