Customer Advisor – Japanese Client Desk (m/f/d) Join our team! As a Private Client Advisor within our Japan Desk, you will deliver high-quality financial advice to our Japanese client base across a broad range of products and services. Leveraging your expertise and strong interpersonal skills, you will build lasting client relationships and position our bank as a trusted partner. Key Responsibilities: Holistic Wealth Advisory and Cross-Selling: Provide comprehensive financial advice to affluent international clients (primarily in English), identifying client needs and driving cross-selling opportunities through tailored financial planning solutions. Investment Advisory and Portfolio Optimization: Advise clients on investment products and active support portfolio growth, taking into account relevant regulatory and tax considerations. Client Relationship Management and Business Development: Strengthen and expand existing client relationships, proactively acquire new clients, and cooperate with internal specialists to deliver tailored solutions. Client Service and Operations: Respond to a wide range of client inquiries and manage day-to-day client activities across banking services. Compliance and Multichannel Delivery: Ensure all client interactions, documentation, and contracts comply with applicable regulations and internal standards, while delivering a seamless experience across multiple service channels.
