To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time (38,5h/week) location in Zusmarshausen at the next possible time

Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Leadership, motivation and further development of the nonfood team Organisation, control and coordination of daily workflows Responsibility for goods availability, inventory control and demand-based disposition Ensuring an attractive, sales-promoting product presentation and implementation of sales and seasonal assortments Processing and control of offers, calculations and complaints Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures Close cooperation with external services, marketing, purchasing and other internal interfaces

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally in wholesale or retail, in gastronomy or hotel industry Multiannual professional experience, preferably in food and non-food wholesale trade or a comparable environment First experience in employee management or the willingness to take over leadership responsibility Knowledge of nonfood as well as a good understanding of goods management and commercial relationships Excellent customer and service orientation as well as a friendly and professional appearance Organizational talent, initiative and a structured and reliable way of working Team skills, communication strength and good knowledge in MS Office
