Technical processing of projects and machine operations internally in the house, by remote support and directly with our local customers Ensuring long-term plant availability in the field through planned support operations Development of new process parameters for customers and for new optical systems Benchmarking the performance and quality requirements of our products Development of technical suggestions for improving user experience Support for continuous product improvement in the field of opto-mechanical commissioning and service-friendliness

You have a successfully completed training as a technician:in, are experienced:r Mechatronics:in or want to cross with us through a pronounced technical interest You work independently and reliably You can record, communicate and process customer requirements You have knowledge of plant operation (robot, CNC or scanner) You are bringing travel readiness – ca. 30–40 % of your working time, for short or longer use in Germany and abroad You have experience in dealing with the usual MS Office products You can communicate safely in German and English, also in other languages
