Team Lead Accounts Receivable

You... ... takes over the technical and disciplinary leadership of debitor accounting and factoring within the Littlebit group in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands. You work independently, advise internal specialist areas and are the central contact person for financial and tax authorities, auditors and external partners. As a team lead, you report directly to the Director FinanceTotal responsibility for debitor accounting, factoring and receivable management within the group Professional and disciplinary leadership of a 5-member team Ensuring compliance with national and international accounting rules Control of dunning and supervision of collection cases Communication with credit insurance, factoring partners and banks Ensuring and monitoring credit lines for our customers Analysis, optimization and further development of debitoric processes, in particular for structural or regulatory changes Implementation of relevant business incidents in the ERP system Cooperation with sales in customer systems and binding programs Support for annual, quarterly and monthly financial statements Close cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and interdisciplinary project teams

Funded experience in debt management and debtor accounting Very good understanding of debitoral processes and relationships Ability to analyse complex business incidents and to evaluate sales tax Multiannual (min. 5 years) relevant professional experience, ideally in senior function Experience in international corporate structures Secure appearance and clear and address-oriented communication Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility Loadability and Structured Operation Leadership and emotional intelligence Team spirit and a positive, humorous attitude
