Specialist in personnel and organizational development with a focus on AI/Tech (m/f/d)

You know with AI, you know what it is about in the introduction of AI and develop concepts, tools and methods to shape the AI-related change of the working world.You actively accompany the implementation and prepare all stakeholders for the use of AI.You are the interface between IT and business and accompany the changes in the IT sector with a holistic view of structures, processes and people.
