As an industrial engineer (gn), you are responsible for all engineering tasks in the field of building, mechanics, equipment, pipelines, fire protection (except smoke detectors) and the environment. What does that mean? Ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations regarding local laws (VAWS) and regulatory approvals Responsible for the definition and implementation of regular and special maintenance activities (work orders) in their own sphere of responsibility Heading and management of cross-departmental teams to implement CAPEX projects or complex maintenance activities Contact with suppliers and expert groups, internal or external specialists and other companies to get know-how Development and training of employees in the engineering department to ensure current know-how and skills within the department Creation and maintenance of all technical documentation in the area of responsibility to meet the requirements of local laws, HSE, GDP and company guidelines Ensuring compliance with local laws, HSE, GDP and corporate policies across the entire life cycle Preparation, support and follow-up of audits and inspections including the Engineering Department Optimization and vulnerability analysis of technical systems Ensure the proper performance of maintenance in the area of responsibility, including proper documentation, implementation of necessary safety checks, etc. You are also responsible for the following functional responsibilities: Organisation and implementation of special work permits for dangerous work according to local regulations and company standards

Complete technical studies or technical training (e.g. mechanics) At least 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. process and manufacturing industry) Good process and system knowledge Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
