You carry out confidential secretarial and material processing tasks, such as the processing of correspondence in German and English, as well as the monitoring and forwarding of emails. You organize events for an international group of participants as well as business trips and meetings. You are an important contact point for interlocutors in Germany and abroad to coordinate different topics and concerns. You take the friendly welcome, the hospitality and care of guests and visitors. You have a successful, commercial training, such as office saleswoman, industrial saleswoman, office management. You can demonstrate first professional experience in the field of assistance. You bring a friendly and sovereign appearance and good communication skills. In addition, you are a personality with a pronounced hand-on mentality that convinces by organizational talent and flexibility. Reliability, loyalty and secrecy characterize you. You are safe in handling MS Office. You master German and English at a good level.
