Care of staff hours recording taking into account the resulting supplements Preparation of billing data for external further processing Creation of necessary certificates Employees' contact person for questions about pay and salary billing, as well as for the external service provider Care of employee master data Management of holiday and working time accounts Creation of personal statistics Support of staff recruitment

You have completed commercial training You have already gained professional experience in personnel management within a collective enterprise You go routined with MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word) to Very good German knowledge is required, English knowledge and knowledge of other languages would be advantageous You work carefully, structured, and discreetly, and have fun in a varied area of work
