New customer acquisition: You identify potential customer companies in your sales area and win them through need-oriented advice for our services. In stock customer care: You will support your partner companies in the long term and build strategic cooperation. Market analysis: You are observing regional market developments in order to be able to react early to the needs of companies. Collaboration: In close coordination with the Recruiting team, make sure that customer requests are filled with high quality and timely.

Take this with you: Qualification: A completed commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification with high sales affinity. Experience: Ideally, you already have well-founded experience in B2B sales or personnel service. Competence: You are characterized by a pronounced communication strength, negotiation skills and a professional appearance. Mobility: A class B driver's license is required for customer support on site.
