Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• Ensuring smooth IT operations in operating daily business
• Classification and dispatch of incoming tickets
• Editing problems, change requests and incident requests
• Installation and maintenance of jobs (client PCs, phones, printers etc.) and local servers
• Active Directory Management
• Installations, configurations and upgrades of hardware and software
• Communication interface between users and other support teams
• Support for IT project topics

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Successfully completed training as:to specialist informatics:in for system integration, IT system administrator:in o.
• Telephone affinity with great service orientation
• First experience in IT support
• Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Server [for phone number see the original ad] and Windows Clients 7/10 as well as a good understanding of IT network technology desirable
• Self-employed and self-employed
