For ''Finance & Controlling EW'', we are looking at the Ulm site at the next possible time Finance Business Partner Radar (m/d) The ''Finance & Controlling EW'' section supports the program departments in all economic issues and issues from business start-up to project completion.

Responsible for the comprehensive commercial support of complex projects in Germany and abroad, including the continuous financial planning and control of the project Function as a central commercial partner*in (Finance Business Partner) for the project manager, as well as close coordination with the project core team and supporting areas Responsible for the project controlling, including cost-to-completion / EAC analyses, target/actual comparisons, compilation of scenario views, drafting of proposals and introducing measures to secure the planned project results and cash flow, including claim, chance and risk management Maintaining customer contact, accounting and receivable management and taking into account export concerns Creation of complex quotations and the commercial offer part, representation of commercial interests within the Bid team Negotiating and implementing offers and contracts with customers and contract partners Participation in planning (operational planning, forecasts, scenarios, utilisation planning) and support in monthly and annual accounts Development of Forecasts and Business Plans Work for operational reporting within the scope of the task Ensure the balance sheet regularity of all bookings of the Programme/Project (HGB, IAS/IFRS, national audit and audit issues) The willingness to travel by service is assumed

Complete study of business management, MBA or comparable qualification Extensive experience in financial management as well as in the commercial execution of complex projects with a profound understanding of the interfaces between all financial sectors, commercial experience Very good SAP knowledge (module SD/PS) and safe handling of MS Office knowledge of contract law, experience in public price law desirable Very good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and the link between the project and overarching objectives Proactive, customer-oriented and structured and independent working methods, high level of readiness Embossed team skills, communication skills and negotiation strength German and English skills, other foreign language skills
