Technical Documentation Coordinator (m/f/d)

Coordination and assembly of technical documents from various internal departments (e.g. construction, purchasing, assembly, commissioning) and from external partners and suppliers Ensuring the implementation of customer-specific documentation requirements in close coordination with internal departments and external contact persons (e.g. checklists, special formats, spare parts lists) Central contact person in the project for the customer in all questions about the technical documentation Interface function between customers and internal departments for the clarification, coordination and implementation of documentation-relevant requirements Ensuring completeness, consistency and standard execution of the documentation (e.g. Machine Directive, DIN EN ISO 20607)More development and standardization of documentation templates, storage structures and processes Active participation in the digitization and optimization of the documentation processes Support and training of colleagues in handling documentation standards and tools

Complete technical training or studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical editorial or comparable)

Experience in the production of technical documentation and operating instructions ideally in machine or plant construction

Very good knowledge of MS Office

Experience with documentation software of advantage

Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines for the documentation of technical products desirable

Interest in digitalisation and new technologies (especially AI)
