Your tasks: -- preparation, execution and recalculation of the payroll (incl. SV-Meldelauf, Elster, Lohnjournal, Transfers) -- Advice and support of all employees in labour, wage and social insurance matters and matters -- Maintenance of electronic employee data (VWL, Direct Insurance, Pfändungen, Mutterschutz, Parental Period) -- Telephone and written contact with offices, social security institutions, health insurance companies and customers -- Creating and managing personal files -- time recording and invoice -- Creation of various monthly evaluations

Your profile: -- You have commercial understanding and first experience in this field -- Ideally you bring experience in payroll accounting -- You also enjoy a wide range of tasks -- knowledge of tax and social security law of advantage -- You work independently, structured, responsible and reliable -- You have a high understanding of the service
