Planning, organisation and implementation of care groups

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Individual and neutral advice from relatives – even in challenging situations Public relations and care of regional networks Organisation and implementation of lectures and training Documentation and evaluation of counselling and service Close cooperation with network partners

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Additional qualifications (e.g. rontopsychiatric specialist) are desirable Ideally first leadership experience Experience in consulting and/or group work Organizational talent, communication strength and empathy Good knowledge of MS Office Efficiency, flexibility and readiness driving licence class B A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
