Your role in contract management You strengthen our dedicated team in the field of contract management and support IT and operations teams in the control and optimization of systems and processes around contract management including activation. These challenges include: Support of team management and team members as well as other stakeholders in the preparation, implementation and documentation of workshops

Support at meetings: preparation, execution and follow-up

Participation in special orders such as task forces, audits and surveys

Working on line and process topics in the context of our contract management systems

Documentation of processes, creation of work instructions and job descriptions for service centers and process representation in Signavio

Editing reports on blocking topics and providing relevant documents

Conducting tests and creating test reports

Cooperation with internal partners and external service providers

The activity can begin from August 2026.

Continuous study of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or Comparative Qualification

Very good English skills in word and writing

Solid IT knowledge, ideally experience with data analysis and SQL queries

Knowledge of the agile project and development environment (e.g. SAFE, Scrum) and a product organization

Interest in optimising systems and processes and in IT trends

Joy of changes and challenges in a dynamic and complex environment

Strong communication capability, also across team and department boundaries

High self-motivation, initiative and sense of responsibility

Teamability and process orientation with a view to optimization potentials

Enthusiasm for new interdisciplinary topics
