Team Leader Equipment Testing (m/f/d)

You take care of the implementation, planning, provision and organization of all the materials and information necessary for the team. The cooperation in the development and updating of the capacity and personnel deployment planning are one of your tasks, as well as the coordination of resource planning with your disciplinary supervisor. You define and monitor the workflows for error management in the audit process. You coordinate the audit work and ensure that appointments, costs, quality standards and safety regulations are complied with. You are a technical team, supporting the specialist departments in the production and correction of test documents, and you are a contact person for escalation in processes or miscellaneous situations. You check, find, repair electronic assemblies and equipment for ongoing production, repair and maintenance. You perform all these tasks independently in compliance with the applicable guidelines, internal rules and production documents.

You have a completed training in an electrotechnical profession or a comparable profession with a relevant training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d). You could already collect several years of professional experience. You have solid IT skills and are safe to handle the current systems. You have experience in testing devices and components as well as in the application of test methods, test tools and relevant standards. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing distinguish you. You represent the department management in technical topics, ensure the achievement of quality, time and cost targets, and introduce employees into new products and work processes. You work in a team-capable, have a high potential for conflict resolution and bring a strong willingness to constructive cooperation.
