You guide and control the corporate customer advisers, corporate customer advisers and consultants in business promotion (m/w/d) according to our guidelines for cooperation and leadership. You actively shape the growth strategy in the top segments of corporate and corporate customers as well as municipalities and local companies as part of the sales strategy of the future (VdZ FK). You drive forward the qualitative advice on the topic of ESG / sustainability and create added value for our corporate customers. You build networks in the business area and operate active new customer acquisitions. You represent Sparkasse Göttingen in public.

You have a completed bank/park occupant training and have further qualified business (spark occupant/bank farmer; or the like). You are characterized by a targeted leadership and motivation of employees and bring with them several years of leadership experience with a clear objective and active promotion of the strengths of employees. You have extensive expertise and several years of experience in the credit business and are well connected to our business area. You have a pronounced analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial ability to think and judge. You work independently, structured and targeted; have a fast understanding and analytical competence and are highly motivated. You will be happy to take responsibility, are keen to make decisions and bring a high level of commitment, flexibility and resilience. You have high communicative skills, are powerful and are able to pick up and convince your interlocutors at all levels. You also have a strong negotiating skills.

In addition to the remuneration of the TVöD-S, you can benefit from up to 13.8 salaries and asset-effective services of up to 40 € per month. We also offer you an attractive employer-funded pension scheme.
