You are the first contact point for our customers with technical inquiries and commercial questions about our software products. You process support requests via our ticket system, prioritize them and ensure efficient solution finding or forwarding to the specialist departments. You support the billing of support services and software licenses, initialize invoices and monitor payment inputs. You're puggling customer master files and documenting support cases as well as commercial transactions. You work closely with the development team and sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction. Administratively, you support the creation of reports and evaluations in support and finance.

You are studying computer science, business informatics or similar. First practical experience in customer service, IT support or commercial areas are of advantage. You know the Microsoft Office apps. You are looking for very pragmatic, result-oriented work and you are proactive and independent.
