Automotive salesperson (m/f/d)

You advise our private and commercial customers competently on new and used vehicles of the Nissan and Kia brands and accompany them through the entire sales process – from demand determination to contract conclusion. You conduct professional sales talks, create individual offers, calculate financing and leasing models and negotiate confidently until you finish. You provide financing, leasing and insurance products as well as other services such as warranty extensions, service and maintenance contracts or accessories. You build your own customer base, maintain long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction together with the team. You actively process the local market and are proactively engaged in sales, events and marketing activities. You organize test drives, prepare vehicle deliveries and ensure an inspiring vehicle transfer. You present our vehicles in the showroom and the outdoor area according to the brand guidelines and work closely with MRP, service and marketing. You carefully document customer contacts, offers and degrees in our systems (CRM/DMS) and keep your sales opportunities in mind.

Completed commercial training, ideally as a car dealer, or a comparable qualification in sales. Professional experience in automotive sales or consulting-intensive B2C sales – with brand knowledge in the field of Nissan, Kia or comparable factories. Enthusiasm for automobiles and modern drive and assistance technologies, as well as the willingness to continually develop yourself. Embossed customer orientation, communication strength, negotiation skills and final strength. Safe, sympathetic appearance, well-kept appearance and joy in dealing with people.
