You take over the planning, coordination and monitoring of medium-sized and large maintenance and rehabilitation measures in existing buildings (e.g. roofs, facades, windows and balconies) You are responsible for the selection and control of execution companies and service providers You work with control procedures to ensure high quality standards In addition, you coordinate and monitor construction projects and ensure a timely and budget-compliant execution You regularly carry out inspections, audits and acceptances in the Greater Berlin area and always keeps in mind all relevant building regulations and quality and safety standards You evaluate the structural state of our buildings and draw up detailed maintenance plans on this basis To optimize processes and results, analyze and monitor project key figures Compilation of cost calculations and reports on the progress of maintenance projects is also part of your task, as is the implementation of risk analyses and the development of risk mitigation measures.

You have successfully completed technical studies, for example in the field of civil engineering, TGA (Bachelor, Master or Diploma degree), architecture or a comparable qualification as technician:in/master:in You have several years of practical experience in the construction management/construction monitoring of existing buildings You are familiar with the provisions of German construction law You enjoy cross-interface cooperation with internal and external actors (architect:inside, specialist engineers:inside, third-party companies, insurance companies, housekeeper:inside and our house management team as well as our craftsmen:inside from the repair mobile) You draw from an independent, conscientious and reliable way of working In addition to implementation strength and organizational skills, the focus of your work is on earnings orientation and cost awareness.
