You create work contracts and supplementary and amending contracts You prepare employment documents, e.g. terminations or cancellation contracts, You put work contracts on digital workflows in Workday You care about personal data carefully and supports administrative HR processes You work with the HR team in a trustworthy way and ensure correct documentation

Closed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on staff First professional experience as a personnel officer or in the personnel handling are advantageous High IT affinity, ideally first experience with digital HR systems Safe and absolutely confidential handling of sensitive personal data Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, are advantageous Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for a person with disabilities.
