Your tasks:

• As a central contact person, you receive incoming telephone calls and receive our visitors
• You do all common reception tasks (e.g. providing information and sharing information and requests to the relevant department)
• You take care of the house mail and process general administrative tasks
• They are in direct cooperation with the headquarters in Engstingen

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally professional experience at reception and administration
• Good PC knowledge and safe handling of the most common MS Office programs
