IPS Requirements and Verification Engineer (m/f/d)

Analysis of customer and internal requirements (content & methodical) and contact person:in for IPS Requirements & Verification Analyst:in SMART-er (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) Requirements that define the IPS range of delivery and performance with low risk, according to professional consultation with the IPS disciplines formulation and dispatch of clear, measurable requests for sub-contractors as well as the development of objective, comprehensible acceptance criteria from the requirements in coordination with the IPS disciplines Ensuring a low-risk detection and verification strategy following consultation with the Lead Senior IPS Requirements & Verification Engineer:in and implementation and maintenance of quality and traceability mechanisms within the requirements models (e.g. versioning, change management) Continuous updating of the models in cooperation with specialist departments, participation in CS and project initiatives, coordination with the Senior IPS Requirements & Verification Management (RVM), participation in coordination and communication tasks and support in contract negotiations and application (optional further development) of IT tools (e.g. IBM DOORS NG, IBM ETM)

Engineering studies or comparable technical training with long-term professional experience, complemented by training and training in Systems Engineering (ideally certification as a system engineer) and in the field of IPS and sound knowledge in Requirements Engineering (e.g. IREB CPRE), Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) Multiannual practice (min. 1-3 years) in the survey, modelling and verification of requirements with advanced experience in the system engineering environment (in particular requirements management), ideally in IPS projects and practical application of IBM DOORS NG, IBM ETM or comparable RM/VM tools in real projects Experience in the collection, structuring and verification of requirements, sound understanding of life cycle support processes, SE methods, model-based development and interface management Ability to write clear, measurable, contract-like texts and secure handling of IBM DOORS Next Generation, IBM Engineering Test Management or comparable RM/VM tools as well as excellent English skills for international cooperation Proactive, flexible, structured, solution-oriented and independent working with clear prioritization, strong team orientation, high level of learning and continuous development of expertise
