Support in planning, coordination and implementation of technical projects Organisation and management of work safety measures and coordination of external occupational safety specialist Monitoring dates, budgets and project progress Creation of technical documentation, reports and presentations for internal and external contacts Processing and analysis of data to support decision-making processes Accounting and clearance Management and maintenance of contracts Communication and coordination with internal departments, authorities, service providers and other project partners Representation of assistant management and support in administrative and organisational tasks during their absence

completed commercial vocational training, ideally with technical understanding or interest in technical contexts Safe handling of current MS Office applications Impressed organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Self-employed, structured and careful working High service orientation and joy in cooperation with customers, suppliers and colleagues Teamability, communication strength and responsibility awareness Good knowledge of German in word and writing
